What is C.E.R.T.
Community Emergency Response Team, or C.E.R.T., is a community-based program that supports first responders in emergency situations. The Pine-Strawberry C.E.R.T. is deployed by the Gila County Sheriff's Office to help with: The C.E.R.T. program educates volunteers on disaster preparedness and trains them in basic disaster response skills. How To Particpate
The Pine-Strawberry Community Emergency Response Team, or CERT, meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the Pine-Strawberry Fire Station Training Room at 3 PM. This is the fire station #41 on Hardscrabble Rd. in Pine and the training room is the door on the right of the engine bays facing Hardscrabble. If you are interested in assisting in times of emergency, come on by. CERT provides free training in First Aid, CPR, and many other skills and techniques that make you useful during an emergency.
